Q. Can I have my consumer report faxed or e-mailed to me?
A. Due to privacy concerns, requested consumer reports are available only by mail.
Q. How long will it take to receive my copy?
A. Requests are handled daily. Please allow a week for processing.
(If you do not receive your copy by return mail within one week, you can check the status by calling 1-888-433-0090 and choosing option #10.)
Q. Why must I provide my social security number?
A. We need this information to match the report that was originally ordered for you. It is also an identifier to assure us that the requestor of the report is the actual person ordering the report.
